銅板造形作家／持田史人（モチダフミト）
１９７２年、東京都青梅市生まれ。
板金溶接工を経た後、赤川ボンズ氏に師事。
２００３年に銅板造形工房「Studio fu-mine Copper Works」を設立。
生み出す作品には物語があり、それを想像させる細かいディティールに拘ったアイテムが定評を呼び、銅板造形の魅力として語られている。
店舗看板などではお店の特徴やコンセプトを造形にしているが、ここでもユーモアやストーリー性、
躍動感やリアル感などが詰まった作品になっており、街中に溶け込みつつも異彩を放つ。
中でも五ノ神製作所系列のラーメン店看板は有名で、その代表的作品である。
２０２０年には地元青梅市のオリンピック・パラリンピック景観装飾事業として、２０体のオブジェを街中に設置。
ここでも青梅の歴史や自然をモチーフにしたストーリーがうかがえる。
国内の様々な制作や展覧会を経て、現在は海外に向けた創作も広げている。
Coppersmith / Fumito Mochida
I was born in Ome Tokyo in 1972. I studied under Mr.BONZE after worked as a sheet metal welding worker. And I have established a copper plate moldering studio “Studio fu*mine copper works” in 2003. Each my art works have a story, and the works sticking to detailed that imagines it became reputation and is also became as an attraction of copper modeling. In stores signboards and the like, the characteristics of the shop are modeled, but here again it has become a work full of humor, story nature, dynamism and realism, and it melts in the streets but give off a distinctive feeling there. The ramen store signboard of Gonokami Seimenjo affiliate is very famous that is my most representative art work in my works. I installed my 20 art works all over town permanently that as an Olympic and Paralympic landscape decoration project in the local city of Ome Tokyo in 2020. You can sense the story motifed Ome's history and nature in this place as well. I have passed various exhibitions in japan, I'm expanding my creating to abroad recently.
